When you submit our estimate form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, the service you selected, and your message. We use them for exactly one purpose: contacting you about your request.
Our hosting provider (IONOS) keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your information.
- We never add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
- We never share your details with third parties, except service providers needed to operate this website (hosting, email delivery) or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept as regular business correspondence. Ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your California rights
California residents may request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold about them (California Civil Code §1798.100 and following). Call (818) 421-5290 and we will take care of it.
