Prices shown on this site

All dollar figures on this site are typical ranges for the Los Angeles market, published for orientation. They are not quotes. Your price depends on your specific job and is confirmed in a free written estimate before any work begins. Once you approve a written price, that price is what you pay unless you change the scope of the job, or we find a concealed or unforeseen condition, in which case we stop and quote the change in writing before continuing.

Workmanship guarantee

We guarantee our own workmanship for one year from the date we complete a job. If a defect in the work we performed appears within that period, we return and correct it at no charge for our labor. This guarantee covers our installation and repair labor only. It does not cover manufacturer-supplied parts and equipment (which carry their own manufacturer warranties), pre-existing or concealed conditions, work performed by others, customer-supplied materials, misuse, accidents, later alterations, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, call (818) 421-5290 within the guarantee period and describe the issue, and we will schedule a visit. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under California law.
